need food ideas for low carb days

I'm trying to get some ideas on what foods I can eat on low Carb days. I'm getting pretty tired of the usual stuff I'm preparing ie chicken, steak, tuna. Anyone have any good meal plans?
 
talapia, broccoli, almond milk, 2 spoons peanut butter

salmon, squash, almonds, almond milk
 
Tuna steak (delicious), eggs, buffalo, shell fish, lobster, shrimp, crab, crawfish, squid and alligator. Also snake.

Carbs: bok choy, peas, blue berries, straw berries, and flax seed.

Bok choy is very low in carbs.
