Need feedback on ghrh, ghrp and IGF-1 LR3 stack

Hey I'm going to start my first peptide cycle.

I am looking at getting faster recovery after whigt lifting, faster recovery from impact sport. And building a little more muscle while I am at it.


It will consist of:
100-150mcg mod grf (1-29)
100-150mcg ghrp-2 (morning and daytime hours)
100-150mcg Ipamorelin (prebed only)
10-20mcg IGF-1 LR3 (1 time a day, 5 or 7 days a week) ?

GHRH and GHRP I will take approx. 3-6 times a day with approx. 3 hour intervals, the days it can be done whit 6 doses.
IGF-1 LR3 once daily.

I need some feedback on it. Mostly for how to incorporate IGF-1 LR3.
I could be a little nervous about the side effects of IGF-1 LR3, but not nervous enough to stay away from it :)
Below is an example of how I want to start it up so my body can get used to it.


Day 1-3: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/Ipamorelin pre-bed.
Day 4-6: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/ghrp-2 morning and ipamorelin pre-bed.
Day 7-9: 50/50mcg mod grf (1-29)/ghrp-2 morning, afternoon/PWO and ipamorelin pre-bed.
Day 10-12: 75/75mcg mod grf (1-29)/ghrp-2 morning, afternoon/PWO and ipamorelin pre-bed.
Day 13-21: 100/100mcg mod grf (1-29)/ghrp-2 morning, afternoon/PWO and ipamorelin pre-bed
Day 22>: 100/100mcg mod grf (1-29)/ghrp-2 morning, afternoon/PWO and ipamorelin pre-bed and 10-20mcg IGF-1 LR3 PWO or pre-bed

Full cycle example:

Wk1-12 100mcg 3-6X mod grf (1-29)
Wk1-12 100mcg 3-6X ed GHRP-2 and 200mcg ipamorelin prebed only
Wk3-7 10-20mcg 1X ed IGF-1 LR3

Is there anything I need to be aware of here?
Should I take any anti-prolactin, such as Cabergoline?
And should one take any aromatase inhibitors?
As I understand it, it should not be necessary. I seen 1 place on the internet where it gets recommended with aromatase inhibitors?

Will an amount of 10mcg or 20mcg IGF-1 LR3 be effective?
And will an amount of 10-20mcg IGF-1 LR3 give side effects like larger organs and altered jaw?

I apologize for all the noob questions, but hope someone can give good feedback:)

why are you doing so many of them? why not just do one ghrp and an IGF? have you already done all of these compounds before?

There are 4 things. As I understand it, ghrp must be taken together with a ghrh to enhance the effect. Ipamorelin is before bedtime because it should be hard to fall asleep on ghrp.2

I have not don any of this thing’s before.

I will be happy if I can do only one ghrp and IGF. But what about the mid grf?

huh I'm not sure. sounds like a lot. it seems like you are doing so many compounds that pharma HGH might be a similar price

I dont mind hgh and price. Just want to do what ever works, white least amount off side effects:)

Seems expensive and tedious for what you’ll likely get as gains, are you against anabolics?

No i am not against anabolics. I don’t now that much about anabolics, and I have been taking a break from weight lifting.
My strength is not at what is used to be. I need at least 3-6 monts more before my strength is up again.

as I have understood it, one must be up to one's full strength before considering anabolics?

gotcha, it is smart to wait until you get back into the swing of things before using anything to take advantage of the natural benefits of the first few months lifting again.

Personally I’ve used GHRP-2 and Mod GRF when I didn’t want to run anabolics, but it was very minor results.

ideally you would hit your natural potential before using steroids, but 90% of people do not do that. It won’t necessarily hurt anything. A basic test cycle will be cheaper and better results than what you’re doing, but there’s more risk to it and a bit more of a commitment. Peptides require a lot of pinning but there’s not much risk to your natural hormones with them.

I think I drop the peptides, and read up on anabolics. What may cause me to be in doubt at some point is that many of those I see who have taken anabolics, their muscles do not look natural.
They have square muscles and square face shape. But there are also those that look natural. Maybe is something that can be avoided

I agree with Rascal on anabolics would be better for your goals, but you probably should at least get back in the training groove for a few months and then come back for cycle advice.
In the meantime you could check out the training section, supplements, and anabolics and increase your knowledge on all of it.
This forum probably has most of the answers your looking for.

I already started reading about anabolics
As I train up again, I think i will add 2-4 ui of HG.
I have some minor injuries from before, nothing major. One in the back that I got, after a deconditioning. I tried to squat very heavy while my attention came on my phone where they were calling with something urgent from work.
I can still feel it after stiff leg deadlift. And it is sore for several days. The soreness goes away when I'm up and lifting weights again 2 days after.
It feels like it should probably go away as long as I continue with stiff leg deadlift or romainen deadlift. It could be nice if the injury healed completely when I get ready for anabolics.
The next 3-4 weeks I will adjust my diet and then I think to add 2-4 ui HG

Yeah 3-4 iu of hgh 5 days on 2 off for 5-6 months is great to start, aids in healing and fat loss.

A stupid question.
Is r-hgh the same as hgh?
I can`t find any info on it. Other than that, r-hgh is short for recombind human growth hormone.

i wouldnt want to pin multiple times per day even if it was a slin pin
I’ve done 3x a day and that’s about the max. The hardest part was avoiding food before and after.

What do you plan to do for diet and what times will you feed? I ask because diet is important and if using the peptides you mention, how do you plan to work your diet around up to 6 shots per day?

He said he’s going with HGH, instead of peptides, one shot a day. But diet and training are definitely more important.
