Hi im starting up some group training classes, with a wide variety of clients from young to old, fit to fat

Just wondering, from all your experience what were your favourite types of outdoor workouts/excercises etc

Im in the planning stage so i want to make my workouts as fun and effective as possible, would welcome your opinions
 
Throwing a medicine ball or boxing, not running laps, something that relates to sports of some type, that takes some co-ordination.
 
Obstacle course races, but nothing intimidating, maybe with different courses for different ages or fitness levels.
 
I taught a few group classes, but they were segregated by fitness level. For the terribly obese, I made it like gym class. Stretch, do a few laps, then into an activity. We usually ended the classes with bodyweight exercises. I had good success with the class, and had to alter other classes as the obese people progressed, but wanted to still play games. Bombardment and dodgeball were favorites among all. It was also a good way to get people interested in personal training.
