I am running a 14 week cycle of sus &tren e .iheard with sus its best to pin 2 or 3 times a week. Im am running sus at 750 tren e 600 .now this is my question should I pin 250 mon 250 wed 250 fri along with tren 200 each day or what please help me out if u can
