Need dosage for PCT

Ok, after coming of of a 10 week Sustanon cycle at 500mg/week, with a 4 week Dianabol cycle at 50mg/day, how much Nolvadex should i run, and for how long?

What does 40/40/20/20 mean? Sorry, but I am new to all of this. Does it mean 40 mg. the first week, 40 mg. the second week, 20 mg. the third week, and 20 mg. the fourth week... and then you're done? Thx!!!

40mg every day the first week and so on etc...

CLomid much better than nolva at recovery.
Also, get an AI for PCT. Makes recovery much faster and easier.
