Need Diet Advice

Hi,

For my preworkout meal I usually eat about 165g of baked potato and 1 Purdue chicken cutlet.
This digests quickly and I have plenty of energy for my lifting. I am wondering though if the choice of baked potato is a bad idea because of its glycemic index. Should I switch to oats or brown rice???
 
If it works for you...it works for you...but.... You could try switching to one of those (or sweet potatoes too) if your worried about the GI.

yes, youre right about the glycemic index of potatoes, but if you bust ass with the weights than hit 25 minutes of cardio youre doing it right, if not, dont eat the potatoe but keep the chicken breast.....no more secrets from me
