Every day?

Hm, you "entered your off season". I'm always "off season", mean people would say I'm just fat.

What age are you?
How many years do you train?

Forget hormonal products. You're only 20 and you don't need them (especially crap sarms) and would more than liekly do as much harm long term as good short term.

For the diet, in an offseason, just simply add cals... It's not super scientific. Replace a few leaner meats with some fattier ones (i.e. thighs vs breasts, red meats vs chicken/eggs, fattier fishes), bump carbs up a bit, and go from there.

For supps, look into some of the better natty options like SNS Xgels (arachindonic acid), CEL Epi-Plex, PES Anabeta Elite, Creatine (assume you're already using, but if not, start), etc.

Can you give us a breakdown of calories and macros? That would definitely help.

How old are you and how long have you been training? I may hold off on anything hormonal depending on that information.

For other supplements, I would look into a basic staple//ergogenic aid that will help with recovery, endurance, and performance. Both of the following products fit the bill and would provide you with your daily amount of creatine; IntraMax and Ergonine.

I would also suggest a natural anabolic, MassMax XT would be great for this. MassMax XT would be great during your off season because it will help increase your hunger and if you want to grow, you need to eat a little more. It will also help pack on scale weight, but your body composition will be more favorable.
