first off would just like to say this site is sick been reading it for a while and alot of good infomation..
well a little about me im 22 years old about 6foot tall about 165 been training for about 12-18 months noticed alot of muscle and strength gains at the start but seems to be slowing down did a cycle of dmz had a stacker with it pct but probs didnt look into it enough and felt like i lost alot of my gains.. im pretty lean and i wanna bulk up find it very hard cause i have a physical job. i dunno much about calorie counting but heres roughly what i eat in a day..
breakfeast
5 week bix with milk
banana
apple
shake
lunch
3 rolls with chicken
325g can of fourbean mix
yogurt
way home from work ill eat an apple and a can of tuna
before gym ill have a serving of ravioli (pasta)
after gym ill have a shake
dinner
well this can vary but generally steak vegies salad
im not sure if i need to eat more to bulk or change the food that im eating i also on w/e eat a second breakfast of 4 eggs
i also just ordered some pbold prohormone and wanted to know what your thoughts were for what to take whilst on it and for pct i was looking at a titanium/erase stacker and also a daa.. was going to run this for a 2 month cycle and wasnt sure too on how i should change my w/o routine to suit... realise this is alot of help needed but would apreciate any feed back..
