Hey everybody, so a little background, over the past three years iv'e gone from about 155 pounds to 200 pounds. While iv'e gained a lot of muscle, iv'e also put on about 10-15 pounds of fat. As far as my background with anabolics, iv'e done one cycle of halodrol and one cycle of LGD. I'd really like to drop 10 pounds before I resume bulking. My question is whether or not I should try clenbuterol to assist with my fat loss. My major concerns are if it's worth the possible health risks, and if I can find legit stuff online. I used to be overweight, and I know how to lose fat, but i'm so eager to keep building muscle, that i'm hoping it could help get me there faster.

Hey man,
First off - good job on bulking up. Sure it's not all muscle but you should be proud with what you've worked hard for.
With that said, I would not recommend Clen. My reason is you don't need it. I know you want results, and you will get them, but this is not a race. Quick changes are easily lost and they are not worth the health risks (do a search for Clen side effects). Diet down to a weight you're happy with and keep training. You're not a "pro" or competitor by the sound of it so don't take unecessary risks, especially when it comes to your heart.

Good luck on your journey man. Enjoy it and pace yourself, you'll develop a better body in the end.

Thanks for the advice! Much appreciated. Are there any supplements you'd recommend for a little extra edge with fat loss?

To be honest, I've never had much success with OTC supplements so I'm a bit of a "non-supporter" when it comes to most supplements.
There is the EC stack you might consider though. It will probably jack your heart up a bit but is safer then Clen and most people have good luck with it. Clen is hit and miss.
The calorie restriction will be the most important part.

Some others might be able to chime in with better supplement advice.

My suggestion would be before going straight for fat loss with a caloric defecit, play around with calories around maintenance at below or above. See if you can get a recomp effect by leaning up and increasing mass at the same time. After you push that limit to its threshold go for either a straight lean bulk or strict caloric defecit.

I'd never recommend clen. You've lost fat before and gained muscle before. You can clearly do the work it takes.

11 kt and epiandro should give u great results on calorie deficit , not alotof sides and muscle retention will be there too
and oh yeah fuk clen.
