Need advice

Without going into too much detail.
Was diagnosed w Hashimotos around 2 months ago after over year struggle with low energy, focus sex drive yada yada yada.
Energy has been up a little bit after taking 50mcgs of synthroid bu still feel like crap overall. Libdio has progressively gotten worse since starting synthroid and after seeing two endos neither one of them wanted to hear about my problem. Wouldnt even order more bloodwork to check prolactin, estrogen and free test.
After begging and begging my GP finally got her to order more in depth bloods. Everything came back in normal range except Free test was extremely low.
TT 541 which has steadily dropped over last year was up around 700 year ago.
FT 9.0 on scale of 8.7-25. Now working w urologist for lack of libido and poor erection quality and was found to have prostate infection, did I mention I am 30yrs old.
Been on antibiotics for last two weeks and go back to urologist this week. However I could tell he really has no plan to treat low libido and erection quality except for probably prescribing cialis or something along those lines. I have cialis and levitra and dont do too much to help.
I believe this to be low Free test which is causing symptoms. Need advice on best way to raise free test.
THis is just overview without going into too much detail. Would greatly appreciate any input.
 
Look into ultra t-male Max strength by Natures Plus. I would show your doc. the label before taking anything however with all you have going on.

1. zinc and d-3
2. healthy fats
3. natural sun
4. rid excess estrogen DIM etc. and eat more fiber (Avoid Xenoestrogens)
5. reduce stress
6. Compoud exercises
7. Get some sleep
 
Diet is very clean all fruits veggies and lean meats.
As far as supps I take

vit 3
C
b6
b12
alcar
citrulline malate pre workout
agmatine pre workout
and goji
went down to 3-4 training days focusing on compound exercise and went away from HIIT
Just got some I3C and been contemplating running that.
Also take zinc, mag and fish oil before bed.
Have a pretty stress free life, job isnt very demanding and great work environment and make descent money.
 
Hope you are gluten free because that can.cause or trigger hashi if you are genetic predispositioned. I would.look into a adrenal related imbalances through.cortisol.saliva . you.need.to.look at other areas. Many guys prostatitis was resolved by healing the the tract. Fanzspwr was one of the many whos uros wanted.to blast with antibiotics which only.compound the issue. Again each case is different. Look.for underlying cause before commencing Hrt thyroid.med.because they may make a hidden condition worse. please list the result and.testing done.
 
It def has gotten worse since starting synthroid. Actually in process of going gluten free still doing a lot of research but that was my first thought. However drs I'm seeing don't see any correlation and just brushing it to the side
