Ok...so I'm 23, 6 feet and about 180 lbs. I worked out for a couple years steady in college but when I got to grad school (Aug 2009) stopped working out as much. Since then, I have lost pretty much all my muscle and been inactive for two years up until about two months ago. Anyways, the weight I am is very deceiving. I have twigs for arms my abs are slowly developing since i started working out a couple months ago but my chest is still so flabby. Anyways here is what I'm running right now including my workouts since I don't have access to a gym I am limited to dumbbells and a treadmill (no bench). I NEED YOURE GUYS HELP! I'm on my third day of running H-drol and I have been researching such products for years...Ere Goes
During Cycle:
AnimalPak Original
2000 mg fish oil
2 Up your mass shakes a day (Do I Need a pure Whey also or would that be too much?)
Running H-drol 50/75/75/75/75 with CEL Cycle Assist along with some taurine and glucosamine as my joints are pretty weak
PCT:
Animal Pak Original
2000 mg fish oil
Up your mass
Con-Kret (creatine mono)
Lean Extreme
CEL PCT
Inhibit-E anti-estrogen/ Natural Test Boost
My main issue is I dont know whether I am getting a good enough workout at home. I WANT TO LET IT BE KNOWN I PLAN ON BEING BACK IN THE GYM BY WEEK 3 I JUST HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY BUSY AND BEEN WORKING OUT PAST 12 AM every night. Anyways I have gotten so weak since I did not mention above I am only 6 months off surgery of torn labrum in my shoulder so my weights that I am repping are very light. Am I wasting my time?! I am currently doing these exercises 3 days on 1 off. Cardio every 3 days, abs every other day.
Chest/Tris:
Kickbacks (standing up as i have no bench) 3x12 (w/10lb DBs)
Skullcrushers 3x12 (should I stand or sit on a chair?) (w/15 lb DBs)
Tri Dips 3x10
Tricep DB Press 3x8 (w/25 lb DBs)
DB Flyes 3x12 (w/10-15 lb DBs)
DB Floor Press 3x12 (w/35 lb DBs)
Straight Arm DB Pullovers (Off Edge of Bed LOL!!!..jsut so i can get that little extra extension)
Back/Bis/Legs:
DB Curls, Hammer Curls, and Concentration curls 3x12 all @ 15 lbs DBs right now
Squats 3x12 (35lb DBs)
Lunges 3x12 (15 lb DBs)
DB Bent Over rows 3x12 (25 lb Dbs)
Shoulders:
Shrugs 3x12 (35 lb DBs)
Front Lats (10 lb DBs)
Side Lats (10 lb DBs)
DB Military Press (15 lb DBs)
DB Standing Rows (15 lb DBs)
PLEASE GIVE ME ANY ADVICE YOU GUYS HAVE. I am concerned that I am wasting a good PH with not a good enough workout. Im sick of having a flabby chest and abs and such skinny arms. Im worried that Up Your Mass may not be right for me even tho if you saw me i look as skinny as Steve-O from Jackass but under my shirt its a little ugly. I JUST NEED ADVICE!!! As you can probably see..just thoughts on everything in general. and yeah if youre wondering.. my first post ever haha
