Need advice for Havoc cycle and PCT

Can anyone suggest dosages for a 4 week cycle of Havoc. I plan to also run Cycle Support during and a PCT after?

I'm also interested in running a 4 week cycle of Havoc.. what are you doing for PCT htown? The 100$ bundle which included AI on-cycle/post-cycle support caught my eye (on a budget), but now I'm thinking of the LG Trifecta + Anadraulic state.
