I have only been seriously lifting for the past few months. Every time I do flys, flat or incline, the only burn or pump I feel is in my shoulders. What could i be doing wrong? What is the correct form (angle of arms from body , bend in arms, squeeze, etc...)? I'm using only about 20 lb dumbells to try to avoid putting so much of the strain on my shoulders.
