need a training program whIle on epistane for show

I'm currently 10 weeks out from my 2nd show , I'm going to do a cutting cycle of epistane and lean extreme. Won't start the cycle until 5 weeka out. Need a nrq training program to follow during this prep, and will my training change once I get on cycle.

I think it's mostly superset of alike exercise. Wish I could help but where did you get the lean extreme ? Google nic troupe.
