Hello all. I'm new to the site and need a review for my stack and PCT.

CHLORODROL-50 50/50/50/50
M-STEN - 10. 10/10/10/10
Arginine
Carintine
BCAA
Opti-Men Multi
Sci-Fit kre alkalyn

PCT
Liquid tamoxifen
Week 1: 2ml ED
Week 2: 1.5ml ED
Week 3: 1ml ED
Week 4: .5ml ED
Aromadrol 15 - 15/15/15/15
Animal stak
ZMA

Throughout the cycle and PCT Ill be taking greens, AZO cranberry, anabolic innovations cycle assist and all the BCAA's + kre alkyalyn mentioned above.

I have only one PH cycle under my belt. I ran M-Sten 10 for the recommended dose and followed it with Aromadrol 15, trib, and ZMA. I didn't gain much size but had a tremendous increase in strength. Also with zero sides. Now hoping to gain some mass with this stack. Just a little history on me. I am by no means a rookie in the gym or nutrition, but lack knowledge in supplements. I hope to gain that here from anyone willing to take time out of their day and help. Thank you to all in advance.

too lazy to look up the compounds ur talking about but im gonna guess chloro is a halodrol clone and m-sten is like superdrol. if so id try to bump up the choloro and run it for 6 weeks. also, u dont need arginine or carnitine... or creatine while on cycle. glad u have nolva for pct, whats the mg/mL on that? i dont think u need zma for pct, but it wont hurt at least.

I'll take your advice about the Arginine, carinitne and Creatine. I've read that before and you just confirmed it. But Im curious as to why. ??
 
Regular carnitine and arginine are useless. Use taurine if u don't want the calf/lower back pumps. 5g a day as needed. If u wana use carnitine, go with l-carnitine-l-tartrate. It will boost androgen receptor density and can help with gains. Creatine won't be of much help on cycle because the gains of the steroid will greatly overpower it and u won't be able to tell a difference. Use creatine I'm pct if u want to us it. I'd keep the 4th week of nolva at 1mL. So ya. Id recommend chloro like this 50/75/75/75/100/100 and the other one at 10/20/20. Just 3 weeks. Break a chloro cap open and take half. Use the sten as a quick gainer and the chloro to maintain and add more gains. If u havnt gotten the chloro yet I'd recommend some epi. U can do that at 30mg while on the sten and it's much stronger and kicks in real quick. Chloro will take 3 weeks just to really kick in. But I'd run the epi for 30/30/30/40/50. Epi is low on sides but still strong. My favorite compound

tnubs!! need some help. i was trying to pm you but i only have 3 posts and A.M. wont let me.. Before i start my PCT and run of liquid tamox i need to know how to dose it.. i bought some off of iron dragon and didnt realize it was in a spray bottle. so how dose it work? one spray = 1ml = 20mg?

its ina a spray bottle???
did it come with a liquid dispenser?
 
Thats a negative ghost rider. So I bought a liquid syringe to measure it out. But I'm beginning to get skeptical about the liquid tamox I bought from ir*n drag*n. Google is full of positive reviews but.. The color and thinkness of it are kinda weird.
 
i think you have to buy the dispenser i went to their site and they sll the dispenser for like $2

idk guess you should have stuck with tabs, better luck next time.
 
I think "better luck next time" is absolutely right in this case. But.. Gotta make te best of it. Luckily I'll be able to measure it out though.

its legit, i think the tamox was pink and clomid was green when i got it. also flavored a bit. just get a liquid syringe and measure out the desired volume.
