Need a little help!!

Ok So I sprained my ankle a year ago and playing baskeball I felt it pop and start burning again...so I am going to pay off squats for now and let it recover (hurts to support the weight ) I still want to workout and train but not hurt my self more....Would it be cool to train 3 days a week doing .bench press.. Rows..dead lift...and overhead press all on the same day start with a different lift every time ? Any ideas
 
I sprained my ankle playing football what I did, I kept my split at the time (4 times a week) the same just for leg days not being able to squat or leg press I did lots of leg ext and leg curls. Plus back in high school, coach would have us swim to since we could bike or run. Hope that helps?
