i just had one of the best, most brutal leg workouts ive had in a long time.

the pump was outrageous! i finished the workout about a half an hour ago, and my quads are still pumped. the energy was insane too. i was literally on the verge of puking from all the squats.
 
my shoulder workout was going great untill the end...

after this a friend asked for a spot on the hammer strength bench, which ive never spotted on before, and when i did try to spot, he let go of the weights, and when they slammed, they got my finger, and its pretty dominated. its black and blue, with a really sick cut on it. was bleeding alot.

today was back and bis, but that cut on my finger took away alot of my strength..which was really pissing me off.

i attempted 405 twice, and failed both times, i couldnt squeeze with my left hand, which really took away from my performance.

sorry bout being late, had personal stuff, and work come up and was unable to lift these past 2 days, but i decided to try 12 caps today on my shoulder day and i must say i am impressed. i finished the entire workout in 30 minutes, had minimal, if any spot on anything and the weight just felt alot lighter

the intensity was really high, and everything felt extremely light.i was pleasently surprised. i also had i great pump, and vascularity is up quite a bit.

Final review:
i felt that this was a very solid consistent product. it gave good, noticeable gains in strength and some enhanced endurance. it also helped to increase vascularity a bit, and i had great pumps while using it. all in all, it is a basic, but solid product.
