Anybody feel like their stomach is nauseous after they workout? I feel like I can't eat and sometimes I want to throw up my post wo shake.
 
What supplements are you on? Taking preworkout?
 
I get this feeling from any pre wo. Right now I'm taking enhanced because of its low caffeine count.
This feeling make it really hard to eat for a couple of hours. I have to rely on the green stuff to help me eat.

There's what 100+ Mgs of caffeine per scoop. It's the caffeine content you may be really stim tolerant since it happens with all PWOs.
 
How long are your workouts?

What's your pre-workout nutrition?

How much water are you drinking before your workout?

What's sodium intake like before workouts?

Any blood pressure issues?

Few questions that may help get to the bottom on your problem.

Usually about 1.5 hours but I workout with a partner.

Pre wo includes 1/2 cups of oats, 40grams of whey, 5 grams of creatine, 3 grams of beta alanine, 3 grams of citurlline malate, 5 grams of BCAA.
I usually drink about a 1/2 gallon of water a day.
No BP issues and no idea on sodium.
