Nausea during and post workout

Well, if you find that you start going hypoglycemic (number under 80) during the working set, add some fats maybe a can of tuna? To the preworkout load, it'll help. Mind if I ask what kind of insulin you're taking? Humalog or novolog?

I am taking novolin-r.. it's easily available otc without prescription in my state. The humalog and novolog need a prescription :(
 
Oh damn... That's alot of money, I get all my hormones really cheap same with hgh, food is not that bad either. $700 for a suit?!?!?! Damnnnn!!!!!! Lol.. so. Coach is gonna cost me a pretty penny huh??

Yea I been doin it lately and I feel mad tired so I think I might stop or goto bed earlier idk.. prob the hgh making me a little sleepy too

I only got up to eat in the middle of the night during show prep.. I found I was so fkn hungry, ha ha... So I'd get up n warm up my fish n greens, fun fun....
I've been sleeping really good though, thanx to gh ( I think? lol...)

Haha yea that will make ya sleep like a baby! Ugh I can't eat sea food it makes me nauseous :-x , only canned tuna with mayo that's the closest I get to eating sea creatures lol. How old are you btw?
 
I haven't weighted myself in two months I wonder how much weight I have gained lol I am gonna weigh myself in another month from today to make it interesting

How did u manage that?

On my fourth set of hack squats 405lbs, went down on my fifth rep and my left quad popped deep inside in the center. :( verrrryy painful It hurts just to walk I am limping around.. I had to leave the gym I couldn't even continue to do hams or calfs
