Naturally boosting your thyroid?

Hi guys, what are your recommendations for naturally ramping up t3/t4 levels?

Im not just talking compounds , ive heard kelp, tyrosine and iodine so far?

Anything else?
 
guggulsterones, forskolin, L-Tysosine, potassium iodine supplement

All of this is minimal, and is usually stuff u take for PCT for using T3/T4 to get you back to normal output.

People who ask such questions usually already have been moving the body, a lot, and they often have a decent to large calorie deficit.

The problem is after losing a large amount of fat over a number of weeks, it is the leptin feedback system that turns the thyroid system down to low, and all the thyriod health supps only have a very small impact. Fooling the leptin system into allowing fast weight loss still is what's needed, but it's a tough nut.
