natural ways/supps to increase DHT?

Lose more body fat, gain more lean mass, raise your testosterone levels. The more testosterone your body produces, the likelihood of more of it aromatizing into DHT. Add a natty test booster, but realize that most of the time, the test boost is only marginal. Increase saturated fat levels, make sure you get enough vitamin D, and get adequate sleep. Why do you want DHT specifically heightened?

Not knowing what DHT actually did before using the natural DHT blockers thats on the market. Natural of course. I would've never touched them if I knew
The critical importance it played

The easiest way is to supplement creatine. Many guys that are prone to MPB complain about hair loss shortly after supplementing and on several TRT boards, doctors have posted claims of rapidly elevated levels on most of their patients that also supplement creatine.

This is the only study I am aware of, but it supports anecdotal evidence.

I’m pretty sure the negatives everyone believes to be associated with DHT is also associated with high estradiol at the same time?

In many cases. DHT is very important to us giving cognitive benefits, libido (obviously), bone health, mood, insulin sensitivity, and actually helps prostate health when the balance with estrogen/testosterone is there.

My dad had prostate cancer and all the specialists are realizing the larger role in enlargement and cancer cells are related to excess estrogen. I studied the crap out of this once he was diagnosed. But, hormones and androgens don't live on an island and it's important to keep them all in balance to avoid things like this.

In the end, DHT is necessary and very important. There are many more benefits than not.

i read a study where scientists are experimenting with serms to treat prostrate cancer.

you are right, more and more scientists are finding estrogen to be the more likely cause of prostrate cancer than dht...I guess balls and tits have something in common.

Like most things you want balance. If your prone to balding you definitely don't wanna raise dht. But crushing it has its own sides

I’m already bald. Thank god I look great with no hair. I’m basically Vin Diesel’s stunt double - no hair doesn’t bother me.

Some men produce too much, and as a result go bald.

For men who are predisposed to androgenic alopecia yes. for the men who arnt, they can use all the anabolic/androgenics they want nd still have a great head of hair. I have a friend whos 45, he uses tren and higher doses, has a great head of hair

agreed, I am predisposed to androgenic alopecia so if I dont want tot risk my hair, I take finasteride with my testosterone, and/or use low dose or favorably anabolic compounds, which its still a risk.

Oh they have to be 16? No wonder I’m not getting gains.

You should do a self study and go to a strip club just before going to the gym and see if your gains are improved. Your body will start to produce more testosterone and you will gain hard.

first, what is dht at right now? second, natural dht increasers...hmmmm (natty dht blockers not really proven either - what was it, saw plametto, yeah read that study).

dht come from 5ar of t - you gets whats you gets. my last blood test on 14 april had my dht at a whopping 156! (range is 30-85). psa was 0.5 and i have ton of hair. e2 at 33.7 with no ai. t at trough was 805t/18f. shbg 29.5 = 52mg eod injection (180 a week).

doctor not care about 156 dht.

best thing any man can do, even natty, is get a baseline sex hormone panel - they not even expensive compared to what spend on questionable supps imo. can also then see in future, what really work = may save money in long run.
