I just started taking this supplement about maybe 2 weeks ago. I have noticed my muscles feel more feel and I appear "harder". That's about all I have noticed.

I just didn't think that plant sterols were really all that effective so I figured I'd ask. I knew I could get answers from the Animals.

Natural Sterol has been around forever. But as with supps, many things work in cycles. Has been a lot of research on plant sterols lately...
 
Its a real good product in my book. It does get you harder and more dense with improved vascularity. I did notice good strength gains while taking it as well. I have enjoyed stacking this with GH Max for improved resutls
