Natural Sterol Complex/MyogenX Stack

Im goign to be running myogenX and this sterol complex stuff. but i havent really herd to much "positive" feed back on the sterol ****. Has n e one herd anything on it?

People on 1fast400 give it good reviews, however, I've tried it and didn't notice too much... a little more energy and a little more muscle hardness... It does have smilax.
