There are plant sterols that can help but what product are you looking at? And please make sure you keep realistic expectations and do not expecting prohormone like gains.

but i can see it doing what it says on the bottle .. i just think theres so many better options out there imo

It's pixie dust, don't waste your money. I don't think anything natty will increase your strength more then creatine does so keep a reasonable expectations of otc supplements. Don't think anything is going to be a game changer
