Natural bb'er trying to get rid of gyno

Hello everyone,

I'm 22 years old. I used to be obese when i was 14-16 years old. Thankfully, and naturally, I've made a complete turn around and built a physique I'm proud of! However, I have some gyno left over from that time period. It's not fat, I've been professionally diagnosed with gyno. It's mild, certainly not worth all the money that surgery cost. But it's just visible enough for me to inquire about possibly getting rid of it.

Can someone please educate me on AI's, letro, nolva, etc? I've had this gyno for some time now, is it still possible to get rid of it without surgery?

Thanks in advance. If more information is needed please let me know

It will require drugs - which will probably make you feel like ****. If you have been professionally diagnosed, ask your doctor about letrozol.

If your going to give anything a shot id say Ralox. But seeing as it's old, surgery may be the only option.

I asked my endo about AIs in general. He was quick to shoot the idea down, probably for liabilities purposes.

I'm just looking for someone who can give me a step by step guide with what exactly to use and how exactly to use it. Since my gyno is small, I really don't want to risk rebound estrogen and it getting worse. I don't mind using whatever needs to be used, but only if I am 110% sure on the procedure.

Would you mind explaining the relationship between the length of time one has had gyno and reducing it with an AI? I've heard that if you have it for a while surgery may be the only option, but I don't know why that is

I think its because the tissue becomes more fiberous and hard. once this occurs its hard for drugs to break it down, surgery is probably best. you might try
a combo of curcumin and vitex dosed for a few months and see if that helps reduce the swollen glands size in general. these are not AIs so you wont be messing with your endocrine system in a manner which could result in side effects which exacerbate the problem.
