I know that there are plenty of novel natural anabolics and some of those are also a mild androgenic. But is there a natty product out there that would be primarily androgenic?
 
Yes, anything that raises test and/or dht would be consider androgenic.

It is my understanding that this is better when strength is the primary goal as opposed to muscle mass. And by "this" I mean androgens and from what ur saying DHT?
 
DHT increases strength by acting as a neurosteroid and decreases fat mass by opposing the action of oestrogen.

Sided effects of hair loss and prostatic hypertrophy are grossly over stated.
 
I would look into strong supplement shops natural anabolic page. While most of them might now be primarily androgenic they all are awesome natty supps.
