So I've always been natural, just creatine and protein, but I'm tired of staying the same size, I workout hard I eat right and I've been patient. But, I'm tired of watching kids surpass me in the gym, what would y'all suggest for a beginning jump. I don't drink or use anything and I know I'll need a pct but I just need some direction to a sure product with low or no side effects.

what sucks is since i hit 30 its like nothing works any more nothing recovers and im constantly tired hard to get out of bed and beat up ... is it time?


been debating hopping on stuff for years as my lifts would jump up to "super elite" numbers but i just dont want to commit to life long needles in the ass
 
when you say "low or no side effects" I honestly don't know what to say because when you **** with your body's hormones there are going to be side effects no matter what. Considering your on a anabolic forum your probably not looking for your typical GNC natural supps right? If your looking to jump on a cycle the team at ******** have some good gear and advice for starting your first cycle. The QA people there get paid to answer ppl's questions.

Erase Pro Plus is a good PCT and its legal and sold at GNC/bodybuilding.com. Test-freak is one of the strongest legal testosterone boosters you will find but if your sensitive I don't recommend it as it may overload your testes and effect your ability to get a erection.

If your gonna jump on legit cycle though of pro hormones or steroids, your going to need a real PCT and good gear. You want PHARMA GRADE products. I honestly have no input for these mail order products but if the team at ******** without a doubt can help you.
 
Have your tried other natural supps ? Or are you dead set on a ph ?

This. I'd try a few other combinations of natty products before being dead set on jumping on to a cycle..
 
if all you've used so far has been creatine and protein....i'd take a look at some natty anabolics before going into PH's or anything else, you can break some plateau's from just natural stuff and then take it from there if you wish
 
Start by reading a ton before thinking about doing that move. Not just reading about the compounds themself but read the side effects and the harm they can do to you. For exemple I’m 29 and on TRT for life because of mistakes I did when I was younger. I do believe you’re at the right age to make the step thought if you’re really into that.
 
I cant say enough about xgels + alphamax or OL Test1fy.. I'm 32, running this stack now and making awesome progress.. biggest issue I'm having is eating enough

you need to get your hormone levels checked . So far you seem to be checking some of the boxes for trt, but you would need to get some blood work done.
 
Lol I’m 24 and want to jump on, I’ve seen and known several people around my base who are definitely on. It’s easy to tell. Natty gains suck compared to what even a mild cycle can get you.

If you do want to jump on do lots of research. Other than knowing what to do or take you should learn exactly how and why.
