I think I did hit Shoulders to hard, I was dumb.. but but, thats it bro. My training hasent been that great after that Injuri.
I do take Voltaren Capsules some times. Do you think the gel version is better of?
I have done some exercises for the shoulders, but thats it.

Use the voltaren gel or caps, up to you. I find the gel is better for localised areas, or muscles that you can easily get to. The caps are good for the deeper tissue injuries/pain but they both work well.
From reading another thread, Achilles by Anaetus labs for bought up. Seems like a solid product, may be worth a look?

Chestday today, did just have 2 days break from training. I really needed it. I was bored, but Netflix & Chill!))
Todays workout. Was insane The strength was incredible !
Did take 4 caps of Hydro3 today. 30 min before workout. With a Ep1c Unleashed Capsule. The pump, cant say a Word that will explain how The feeling was !
But it was just to try. Will Stick to The 2 Capsule on training days.
Every training Day, I do 2 Capsule of Laxogenin, 1,5 hours before workout.

Just finished my Chestday.
It was very good! Strength are up. Dooing dumbells With 88 lbs each hand.
Doing dips likes its Nothing. After my Shoulder injuri in May, couldent do one rep. Now I'm taking With 26 lbs and doing 10 X 6 sets. Wow.
Did Get on The weight after training, My weight is 165.
Look fuller, leaner, bigger. Still maintain The same Body weight.
This Stack got greater at week 4!

Good to hear about the shoulder feeling better. Strength, muscle fullness, and increased lean body mass? I'd say this is a pretty effective stack run.
