How are you finding the laxo?

What's up with the shoulder, how did you injure it? They can be bad for niggling little injuries that hang around. From my experience, it's usually better to let them fully recover rather than work thru the pain.
 
I think I feel more Pumped thruu The Day.
And maybe a Little at The strenght, but Nothing much yet.

I injuried in 12. May.

My Shoulder was dies, dident sleep well for weeks. My docter gave me Voltaren capsules. Eat 3 every Day, but The Pain was only gone when I had Voltaren on my system.

So after 4 weeks, I gave up on The Voltaren and he gave me a "cortisone injection"

Then I had to stay away from The gym 1-2 weeks more.

When I was finished and ready, my Shoulder was getting much better. But then my "Collarbone" from my Shoulder to my ypper chest was hurting a Little, but not that much.

I had a Break from 12. May to 12 Julyz With about 10 workouts. But only The exercises that was possible to do With out The Pain. But trained Legz like 2-3 times a week.

I took a 4 week more Break. On my vacation.

Startet lifting in 10. August.

Did hit The gym 7 weeks before I got to this Cycle.

Joint support is helping.

I'm finished With my Animal Føex for 2 days ago. Maybe thats why The Pain is coming Back!

Any advice ?

I have Joyful Joints. Should I start it right away?

Did the doctor say what had caused it or do you know?
Sprain/strain? Sporting injury?

You can get voltaren gel as well, try rubbing some of that on.
But I would try ice on the area and maybe some rotator cuff work to try and strengthen the joint. Just use a light band if you can, you don't need weight

Jeff has some good videos...and some I'm not so sure about but most of it is good stuff. He's a physical therapist so had some idea of what he's talking about. Have a look thru his other vids. The second one is probably better

Use the voltaren gel or caps, up to you. I find the gel is better for localised areas, or muscles that you can easily get to. The caps are good for the deeper tissue injuries/pain but they both work well.

From reading another thread, Achilles by Anaetus labs for bought up. Seems like a solid product, may be worth a look?

I have been and still using The voltaren caps. But You have a point about that Voltaren Gel. Will Get that.

Maybe I will try that Achilles supplement. I have Joyful Joints by Vital Labs. Will try that first.

Hi guys.

Did Cardio With football yesterday. Feel like my Stamina is getting much better. For just have been doing Cardio 4 weeks. With a Break in 6 months. Sick.

Love this Cycle more and more.

My Overall Body is looking much much much leaner.
In only one week With The Laxo my upper Back With my Wings looked like I have been training it for a 4-6 weeks length.

Everything is better. My definision in my chest and Arms is a Word of WOW.

To Day I did Legz.
Squats have gone up 34 pounds in these 3.5 weeks.

The pump in my Legz to Day was incredible !

Shoulders With triceps today. Took it easy With 4 exercises which was for my left Shoulder that I have a injuried before.

Feeling OK after that workout. Did hit hard on The dumbells. I'm getting stronger. I love it.
The squat and The Deadlift have both gone up.

Havent benched in 2 weeks now. Will hit chest in three days.

I have to restdays. Will rest alot these days. Then chest. Will hit The bench press and will then report Back to this Log!

Hi guys, sorry had been on vacation.

Did Get Home early on sunday. Did hit Arms heavy. But The strength was a bit down. Maybe because of all The restdays that week. But got DOMS yesterday in my Arms.

They loook alot bigger! Love it.

I hit Shoulders yesterday. Because my injuri in my left Shoulder, i only did 3 stabile/stretching exercises With Shoulder Dumbbell press. Got pump and DOMS today in my Shoulder. And got it still innmat triceps!

Today is Legz, With maybe a bit of Cardio/Soccer. I dont know yet.

Its now been 33 days. But i only dose on training days. So I'm not finished yet With my first Ep1c

Just did Legz. Wow The strenght is up. Did 198 lbs on squats. Was heavy as fck but I did it great.
Did 5 sets:
132 X 10
154 X 10
176 X 10
198 X 8
198 X 9

My weight is 166 lbs.

Look fuller, leaner, bigger. Still maintain The same Body weight.

This Stack got greater at week 4!

Good to hear about the shoulder feeling better. Strength, muscle fullness, and increased lean body mass? I'd say this is a pretty effective stack run.

I was on Animal Flex The first weeks. Now i'm on Joyful Joints by Vital Labs. Both are good for The joint help I need for this Cycle.?

Yeah bro, for a guy who only have been on The original stuff like creatine protein etc. First natty Stack and this is Going great!

Vains are poppy up a bit more, one in my right Shoulder, one in my left neck muscle/down to The Shoulder.
 
Guys to Day was Backday, but have skipped alot of Cardio these days. So did Cardio instead.

Tomorrow is backday With some more Cardio.

When ever I say Cardio I mean play football/Soccer ?

Friday was Cardio, played Little football. Good to run a bit sometimes.

Saterday was Back and Biceps. This workout was great. Feelt The pump. My upperback is like shredded now. Felt good.
Trained With some old partners, and they said "Nice work You have put in these days"
Results baby. Remember guys, dont let The supplement do The hard work. They are there for You to push and help You.
Stick to a Nice workout routine, and a diet.

To be honest, havent been that good With my diet, but hell yeah The results are still Nice.
My Abs is more visible. And its only been like 5 weeks. The first bottle is'ent finished yet.

To Day was chill Day in The gym. Did a Little biking, trained Abs. And had a swimming bath.

Tomorrow is Shoulders and triceps.

I trained my Shoulder on monday, got my old injuri Back. My mood went straight down.

So I startet With Voltaren Capsules and voltaren gel, before bed. Hope this will help me Get Back faster.

I will stop to train Shoulders, only do stretching/stabel training for my Shoulders.

Did a restday yesterday, because of The Pain.

I'm Going for Legz today. Hope it goes better and better.

Btw. Last Capsule of my first bottle Ep1c Unleashed. And counted my Str3ngth Capsule(Laxogenin) I have left 11 days.

So my Cycle will maybe END like 12-14. Desember. Hope so.

I have been doing
5 sets and 10 rep, of each exercises I have been doing.

Wednesday was Legz. The pump in my Legz was awsome. Really can't really explane how The feeling is. Did go from 200 pounds to 220, in just one week. I feel I will keep getting The strength up. I hope so.

Thursday, was chestday baby. I do not bench atm. Because of my Shoulder injuri.
But i did flatbench With Dumbbell. Really Nice on The pump and The strength.

People still Asking me of I'm on diet, because of The fat loose.
My abz went from a bit visible to very visible! I like this guys :-)

Friday, was Cardio/football. Feel The Stamina and The endruance was much much better. Was a Little bit SORE in my Legz. But Overall Nice workout.

Saturday, was restday. So dident do anything.

Today, is sunday. Back og biceps!

Sorry for The late post. Life happend ?

So at The backday With biceps. Still The pump is Nice. And lifting is better. But lost 2 pounds. Most of it from my abz...

I was at my doctor ob monday, because of my Shoulder. I had to take it easy a Little bit.

So did stretching for my Shoulders on monday. Then i have had restdays these days. Will not train before monday.
I have then been taking a Break for one week. And the same goes With supplementing.

Hope I Get better With my Shoulder.. I will come Back stronger !!
