Ok guys today is officially first day ! I started mk on Wednesday gunna be at 10mgs first thing in the am till I feel like bumping up lol. Andro and sustain I did 3 pumps andro one on each side of the upper chest/trap area and one on the forearm , sustain was 2 pumps one on each inner thigh but that will change soon probably stick to the waist area or forearms and keep 3 pumps of the Androcrine on entire chest.
Today was back day

Pull downs

Low cable rows

Straight arm pulldowns one arm

Quick bicep/forearm training followed by abs and got out this is what my workouts will look like !

lol posted that specifically cuz j thought it would be funny. That was 09 I looked that way until 2013 where I very slowly started putting on the mass and then I just got fat and then I've got something down lol

Invalid Link Removed update pic, not my best at all but can definitely say I acquired some ok size , I'm bloated right now due to conflict with dieting and mk but I feel great the Ipam/cjc mk has me feeling really good, I feel my body is healing, I feel a better sense of wellbeing , feel all around healthier than I did all last year (not including test cycle where I felt great a good amount of time) definitely will say it has to be the peptides (including mk)
 
I'm adding EC for the next couple weeks to work on fine tuning to be ready for next cycle in March/April diet is back on point was 100% planned all week don't believe I'll have any "cheat" for atleast 2 weeks.
My chest got hurt again I believe it's a ligament issue so working on rehabbing that. Will be off the bench till cycle time. Feel it's healing quick but not gunna push it.
Training will be 8-12 reps mostly 10+, 45 minute sessions so that'll be 10-12 sets for primary body part 6-10 of secondary body part so rest will be short intensity will be up. Will be resting 1-2 days a week but still shooting for hitting everything once per week except arms and legs.
Done using preworkout for a while making my own in a way
20mg Mk-677
25mg ephedrine
2g creatine hcl
4-6g beta alanine
6+g glycerol
8-16 oz redbull sugar free , or Bang
Next cycle
Thinking of two options
Option A.
6 weeks
Blood drops(Trest caps) 50mg
Dermatrest 50mg
Desoxy-test TD
Option B 6-8 week
Trest (same as above)
Epistane 30mg

Possibly switching Trest for IM Trest ace 50-75mg eod

Also might throw in some halodrol somewhere lol

If you go IM, I'd keep the Ace solo. It's extremely potent I've heard and you have no experience with it. Plus it sounds like you just don't need any other anabolic while on IM Ace.

But I'd stick with what you have already.

So the cjc is worth it. Just got 3 mos worth of mk and loved first 2 times I ran it. This time I'm adding huperzine a to the mix but thinking cjc too.

Haha thanks homie I appreciate checking up , I cut the serms after 2 weeks so just been on peptides , I posted a big update up a little higher . The boys have been full since day 3 of pct so I bounced back quick , gunna be back on in March can't wait lol

What kind of healing is it helping with? I know you had benching trouble and it seems like you are still having trouble with pressing. I am having knee and hip issues still and have been thinking of something along these lines to maybe help.
