A past boss of mine did.
He had horrible allergies (especially seasonal). He used a Nettie Pot (at the time anyway).
He said it gave him back the functionality that he had lost during past bouts of seasonal allergies.

Yep love my neti pot. Was able to get off daily nose spray meds by using it.

Highly recommend it, I can actually breathe for like 5 or 6 hours after using it

Consider arm n hammer nasal saline. The netti pot feels great if there's no congestion. But I'd use the arm n hammer saline bc it gives a strong mist that won't flood ur eustachian tubes if u r congested like a netti pot will do.
