Squats look good. Slight forward lean is all I notice could improve. I notice I lean some too. I think it is a weakness on myself. I'd be nervous backing that out with shoes not tied lol.

I think the forward lean is left over from wide stance. Like I said, I don't know if its just a habit or not.

And my gym sucks, I hate it and should just make the move to Detroit barbell, somewhere I can actually learn...

New, kickass gyms are PL Viagra. Nothing beats a great gym.

thoughts:

the flat db presses felt pretty good today. labrum was no issue and as a bonus - brachialis didn't bother me today. a little, but an improvement. injection might be starting to take hold.

i'm going to increase the weight on my face pulls, i've been at 75 for a while now.

db rows i haven't done in quite a while. it's time to start working on the grip.

looking forward to dl on friday.

This is the jist of it; I do them a bit differently because I press them normally, but begin the twist about halfway up so I'm palms facing at the top, then I twist.

I was REALLY surprised at the way these dig at the inner chest. I haven't had a chest pump in a long time, but these babies did the trick.

Thoughts:

Well got 2 sessions under my belt now w no hammy issues. Only 10 lbs more than last week, but they felt ok. Going to maybe increase 5-10 lbs a week for the next couple weeks and see how it goes. still need a lot more reps w the DL. And I'm sticking w triples for my work sets for now. No brachialis issues either. So all in all, it was a pretty good week.
 
I don't like how they took away the thank/like thing on the phone. It's all boss to click like because its like "**** yea" but if I just post "thank you Napalm, I like what is going on in here" it is kinda fruity.

short session today, stomach has been bothering me since yesterday. debated whether or not to skip it until i called myself a p.ussy. just got the required reps in for my main lift, and one accessory then got the fck out.

warm up:

as s.hitty as i feel the bar felt ok today. 320 was the most i've had on my back since nationals. here it is:

i'm still having trouble finding the fcking groove narrow stance. feels fine during first couple work sets, but the 320 was a little wobbly. def didn't sit back enough either. i think the weight came forward on me on the way up, but i was able to keep my chest up a little better.

i'd give myself a b, maybe a b+ for showing up.

And oh yeah, got some labs back today . T was at 600, e2 28, hgb and hct are both lower. Soooo, I'm upping my trt dose to 60 every 4 days.

Glad the hgb and hct came down, let's hope they stay where they're at...

Optimal is going to vary from person to person. I like to keep my peaks around 900, and troughs around 700. Swanson on the other hand gets bad sides when he gets above 800. I went from 75 e3d because of high hgb and hct to 50 e4d. I just overshot it a bit. It takes some time to get it dialed in. This dose should be perfect...

I was thinking about this yesterday after you posted your bloods...I'm going to try bumping mine up a bit and seeing if the ~800's still bother me.

The reason I thought it might be better NOW is because before I jumped straight from <200 to ~850 when I started TRT. Who knows how long I had been so low, but I wonder if the HUGE sudden jump may have been a culprit. I've been in the 6-700 range for a while, so maybe a small bump in total T won't twist me up so badly.

Or maybe I'm full of shyt.

What are you going to increase your dose to?
 
Maybe 50 or 60 e4d. 40 is keeping me right at 670-ish with e2 <20. 60 is a 50% increase...think that's a good jumping off point?

I'd try 50 first, then get some labs. I went from 75 to 50 - a 33% decrease, now 50 to 60, a 20% increase...

Good plan. I inject tomorrow & Sunday, so I'll try and get some Monday & Thursday pre-stick.
