I've been packing/loading all day. Cut a brother some slack.

Cortisone?
Some people are against cortisone, hey my opinion if you need it you need it. Chronic daily pain just sucks.I'll let you know in a few, heading down there now...
How do you like the memory foam? We bought one for my son a year ago, i slept in it to try it out and it felt weird to me in an uncomfortable way.
I feel the same way about our memory foam pillows. I guess i never gave the mattress much of a chance.I love it. I can barely sleep on a regular mattress now.
See now you're spoiled. LolI love it. I can barely sleep on a regular mattress now.
things i've learned:
when the ortho guy is digging in and around brachialis/radial nerve with a 20g needle for about 15 minutes, it f'ing hurts the next day.
Having been to Bangkok, I guarunf'ingtee you couldn't tell the difference. They're actually prettier than most of the Thai hookers
Tomorrow is spend money day: I gotta buy a sawzall, then I gotta pay the fence guy 1k. Had some work done while we were in Vegas. I'm kinda waiting to see how my shoulder feels tomorrow. Started aching about the third inning...
Friday will be baby dl's, some pendlay's and some shrugs. Then the f'ing prowler..
For now, I'm keeping it light. I'd like to get some work in taking the joint supps to see if they have any effect. I'm in no hurry and don't have a meet in mind to I can take it easy with the bench and pulls.
Squats are programmed off my 375 meet squat, so things continue as normal there. I did notice the time off has had some effect, but that will work itself out over the next month or so...
Here's a little construction porn for ya;
This is a platform bed I built. I needed something sturdy because I'm f'ng fat, platform for the memory foam, and I am a serial over-engineer-er. 3/4" plywood on top, 2x10 base, 2x4 platform. It's. SOLID.
Here's the view from the bottom.
7 years and nary a squeak.
What's SIS??I got SIS brother. I'm doing therapy twice weekly with some movements daily. It has helped tremendously. Interested?
20g is a big a,ss needle!!things i've learned: when the ortho guy is digging in and around brachialis/radial nerve with a 20g needle for about 15 minutes, it f'ing hurts the next day.
What's SIS??
So it's pinching a nerve? That does suck.Shoulder impingement syndrome

Nah its Tendinitis
Nah its Tendinitis
Still sucks chronic injuries unfortunately is something you don't think about when you're a kid throwing around all that heavy weight.
Meh, there's often more to it than that. I've had a Mumford procedure on the right - he did it open, and that's supposed to clear room for everything to move under the acromium. It worked for about 6 months. A lot if times there are cuff tears/labral tears that don't show up MRI.
Pretty sure I have that
If your rotator cuff is irritable on a regular you probably have it though there are several reasons for it. Muscle imbalances and bone spurs causing tears are common
Pretty sure I have that
Buncha hurt people here
He's gotta clear out the dead ladyboy hookers from underneath first!
What are the replacement plans?

Brachialis has been feeling ok since injection, thanks for asking. Might give it a test on weds.
Will be squatting later today...
I like that idea man.
Week 1: 3's
Week 2: 5's
Week 3: 5/3/1's
Medium/Heavy/Light
Good weight to be movin past your prescribed working sets man.
What else do you do for warming up?
Check out his book on powerlifting, specifically the "non competitive lifter" template.
He lays out the weeks just like I mentioned above. Week 1 (3's) and Week 3 (531's) will consist of your 5/3/1 reps/sets, including your AMRAP 3rd set, then working singles up to -95%.
x3, x3, x3+, x1, x1, x1(~95%) or however many heavy singles you do. Then you get your 5's week as Week 2 to get those repetitions in.
