thoughts
everything went well today, no pulling of the achilles i think due to the stretching. singles felt good, legs shook a little w the 360 but that's nothing a few weeks of good dl'ing won't fix. pendlay's were violent and the SS w the ez curl was something different. i was pretty gassed after the db rows, i kept the time in between sets short.
this whole month has been a warmup for when the programming starts in jan when i head to detroit barbell.
