It contains methylstenbolone nanoparticles at 15mg/ml, along with water, sorbitol, and polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol.
-It's an oral, actually. Nanoparticles exhibit superior absorption and bioavailability, due primarily to increased solubility and faster dissolution velocities. They also tend to have really good bioavailability when taken on an empty stomach. Without getting into too much detail, these methylstenbolone nanoparticles should be completely absorbed, and they will sidestep problems related to fed/fasted bioavailability variance.
-It's a liquid as it's really a lot of trouble to dry nanoparticles. Even the best methods cause them to grow 40% larger. (Or more!) So we figure that a nanosuspension, like "MegaceES", is probably a better idea...

...The majority are under 200nm in diameter, and roughly 50% are around 100nm in diameter. All of the particles are well under 1000nm in diameter, so this is a true nanoparticle product.

-Better absorption from the GI tract.
-No more issues with fed/fasted variability.
-Faster dissolution, so a much quicker onset of effect. (Taken on an empty stomach, it is therefore very good as a pre-workout.)

The bottom line:
In terms of effect, it is basically identical to Ultradrol — but much faster-acting, much harder-hitting, and much more 'advanced'.
