NAC dosing question

i just want the antioxidant effects from it. i am not looking to dose an acetaminophen overdose lol.

can someone recommend how much PWO?

i place antioxidants as a high priority. (i eat blueberries 2 times a day), take green tea cap before i workout, after workout i take ALA, vit C, vit E.
