NAC dosage for SD

So for my 4 weeks SD Run i have also ordered NAC on top. My head exploded reading about dosage and Timing ,some say this some say the opposite, some say over 2g is damage some say Take it before the drug some after.

To be clear with my mind ,what dosage NAC would you Run extra to Superdrol and when is the best Timing ,some say empty stomach some say not its Very confusing.

It's all personal opinion, I try to use 1200-1800mg nac pretty much year round. Weather I'm on or off a oral steroid makes no difference in the dosage to me.

You might try 1800 and liver health will be fine, you might take zero and liver might still be fine.

If your healthy, have no pre-existing conditions, are well hydrated all the time and your diet isint crap your going to be fine. Your liver is super resilient and any slight damage from a short 4 week burst or orals will heal itself after you discontinued the product

Are you concerned taking your SD with the NAC will effect the absorption of the SD?

I know this topic has been discussed for years, and I think the final outcome is that, if absorption is effected, it would be negligible..
 
And, I also take 1200 NAC ywar around.. I stocked up a good bit before the FDA decided to regulate it.. I think you need a prescription or some sh1t now...:sneaky:

Not really, but I divide all my vitamins up into 2 daily doses, one with breakfast and one with dinner. I take my orals in one dose pre workout most of the time so I'm never really taking anything close together
 
So I'm either taking my oral upon waking and hitting the gym then take my supplements/vitamins with meal 2 and 5

Or I'm taking supplements/vitamins with meals 1 and 5 and taking the oral steroids pre workout mid day.

Nice...I havent looked in a while..I bought a few bottles of NOW NAC when I heard FDA was being stupid
 
NAC is cool, I was using 2g ed

But I will tell you since I started using INJ Glutathione, my kidney and liver function has skyrocketed. This stuff is MAGIC. I'm a rep for AA so I use their brand (PM me if you need it). But this is not a sales pitch at all

I use higher dosages 200mgs ED and I cut with BAC water at a ratio of 1;1, so I add 1 cc of bac water to 1cc of Glutathione

I use a variety of organ supports during the year, liv52, CERT from Iron Forged Nutrition but nothing I have ever seen works as well as the INJ glutathione.

That's legit. .I have some from AA I started using a couple times per week...

Naive question, and I think I new the answer before...

But, what is the correlation between NAC and the inj Glutathione? Does NAC convert to that when metabolized?
