Not much to say. Its got th same feel as MuscleTechs Neurocore. I personally only feel the energy stimulants, i get an ok pump with it but i can also get just as good a pump with coffee! If you have an early morning drive, take 2 scoops otherwise stick it in the back of your cupboard and leave it there. I give it a 3 out of 5 stars
