N.O. question

So I know how everyone HATES GNC and I'll make this short and sweet. Guy who i thought knew what he was talking about mentioned the term vaso expander after explaining vaso dilator, which I already knew of. So about this "vaso expander" what he just blowing smoke cause I can't find anything on it otherwise, and he said that was better than any N.O.. and if it is just a lame thing they talk about to try and get commission what would be the best N.O. product.
 
he honestly didn't say any product he said just to look for a vaso expander but it seems as if all the NO products everyone recommends are vasodilators so i was wondering if that was then the best kind and what would specifically be the best kind.
 
I am very certain he is speaking of plasmavol, which claims itself as a blood plasma expander. I only noticed much harder muscle pumps when I used this, no real enhancement in muscular output but a slight psychological edge.
