Does anyone know of any myostatin inhibitors on the market that actually work? I k ow of follistatin and heard of it working a little bit to some degree. Just want to kow if anyone has used or k ow anyone who has had good results off of a product weather it be follistatin or something simillar? Cheers lads

Did you use it personally? And would gear interfere with it or work well together?

No I've never used it personally. There is a good amount of people who have on the web though. Since it's gone through some actual testing there is good info on it as well.

From what I know it induces production of follistatin, which of course blocks myostatin, while at the same time binding to androgen receptors, decreasing SHBG, but having almost no androgenic effects. So it's mildly suppressive to the HPTA and doesn't increase estrogen.

As far as interaction with actual gear I'm not sure, but I would venture to guess it would only interact positively and not negatively. I've heard reviews of people stacking it with RAD140 and seems to be a pretty common stack

If you're going on gear why would you worry about myostatin? I believe aas increases follistatin levels. Maybe YK11 would work but I wouldn't worry much about myostatin.

They increase it but is it substantial enough to cause anything to happen.

in a recent study researchers were stunned to find that AAS actually raises myostatin levels in humans.

I thought they knew about that for a while? I thought it takes a while and your body does it in response to all the new tissue, it's not necessarily caused by the the AAS? Isn't that why your gains stall after about 10-12 if you keep your dose the same (in addition androgen receptor desensitization/down regulation), I might be totally wrong and just spouting bro science, but I though this wasn't a recent revelation.

I'm actually really interested in this compound (yk11) and it's next on my to do list. Although in my understanding it's kind of tenuous to call it SARM, seeing as how it's basically a DHT derived oral steroid, but whatever. People who have used it, what was your dose and duration, also anyone have info on hepatotoxicity for this compound?

It is a prohormone that is marketed/categorized as a SARM to put it simply. However the side effects are not as harsh as some prohormones can be IME. The highest I got in dose was 8mg per day..split BID. Could have gone a bit higher though for sure. The longest I ran it was about 3 weeks. Only stopped it early because I decided to switch at that time to a traditional prohormone product. Not sure on the hepatotoxicity...

I am seriously considering making a good run on it this Spring/Summer with R-Andro Shred though..

Thanks for sharing your experience, did you notice anything from 3 wks? And looking at it structurally I'm pretty certain it's not a prohormone i.e. it does not convert to a target hormone or require conversion, it should be active and bind to the AR in it's own right, but that's just semantics, have the poo that people call phs are steroids anyway.

Let's say YK11 reduced myostatin. Once you go off of it and myostatin climbs back up, how would that affect the gains you made?

Also, how does YK11 reduce myostatin? I thought AAS did it by increasing follistatin levels, but apparently that is not enough if studies show AAS increased myostatin.

I also would love to try yk11 but everyone that sells it is like $80-$90. Not worth it when I can get better stufffor much cheaper

I already purchased some from enhanced athlete, when I purchased it it was ~45$ with a discount code, I believe the price has increased since then, I'm waiting to run it until I have more info and am on an appropriate cycle.
210LBS, if you read the Japanese studies on it I believe it works in the same manner, by increasing follistatin and also mygenin. If you google it you can probably find the article or an abstract, it's been a while since I've read it. Presumably when you come off your relative levels of myostatin and follistatin will normalize and your gains will stop or reverse depending on how far beyond normal homeostasis for muscle you went

This is the best description I have seen of it....guess I really meant synthetic steroid rather than prohormone

Either way, unmistakable gains in strength, endurance, muscle fullness/pump (big time) within days. However, I respond to anything anabolic within days. I could pop 1 DMZ and immediately look huge and have a killer workout (no placebo), it is just how my body responds to anabolics. Not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing...haha. Recovery was through the roof and my joints felt fantastic, which goes against the theory that myostatin inhibitors make your ligaments/tendons brittle. I just cut it short because I came across a Methyldiazirinol/Hexadrone stack that I was very enticed to try, which turned out to be the best thing I have ever ran in my life...so no regrets there.
