You can do what you want, but no1 has ever built a body going by the studies, the studies are just little add ons, things to look into and implement but the decades old ways of doing things pretty much always come out on top. If you try to build muscle completely by the science your never going to make progress, I can see your getting upset about It but I'm not trying to offend you, I'm trying to help you. The reason everyone loves the studies is because it makes them think there's a easier way to get to the end but they rarely if ever pan out.
So I'm not looking to argue, I'm just going to agree to disagree and I will be interested to hear how you make out in the future. Because I would absolutely love it if your right and this is going to be a breakthrough, it would be a game changer, but I highly doubt it
