hey guys id m denny and im new on here but i have been lurking around for a while , researching and trying new things, and new training and nutrition advice to get to my goals and id m looking to cut some fat and get leaner , i am 19 and am 6 ft , 175 lbs is my staring weight i am male and would like to cut down to about 155-160lbs as i am at 14% bf looking to go to 8 or so but the only fat burners i have used in the past are hydtoxycut, and musclemeds phenbuterol, and would be able to update 4 x a week , no logs as i am new here but have posted reviews gor. samples and such thanks guys for the oppurtunity

List past(if any) fat burners used: OEP, ECA, roxylean, Alphamine, oxy eca, Phenadrol, ripped weeweetail, ect, ect, ect.
List past(if any) logs: um. Yeah. I log stuff. All the time.

Been looking forward to trying this out. If nothing else this log op will bump it up on my priority list.

No app from me, just wanted to say that Nitramine is awesome! Rauwolscine is a dynamite ingredient!

Weight: 245-250. That was the last time I weighed myself it was in that range. I would obviously get an exact amount.

Height: 6'

Gender: Male

Starting Weight: 245 by August 5.

Goal Weight after 20-30 days: <237 for 2lbs a week which should be easy but just setting realistic goals. If only I liked to do cardio!

Training Style: Usually 5/3/1 but now doing more volume work since I had lower back spasms 3 months ago and are not completely better yet and wanna wait to really hit It hard again until Aug 3. Getting married next weekend, honeymoon from 27th-Aug 2 then I would be able to start the log and when I plan on hitting it back up full strength. If chosen, can I start log when I am back from the honeymoon? If not I understand and will take myself out of the running.

Can you update at least 3-4 times a week?: Yes.

List past(if any) fat burners used: EC, OxyECA Black (favorite), hyper T, many more but those are the ones used within the last year I believe. Haven't used too many on a consistent basis lately.

List past(if any) logs:

Reason: love the idea that it doesn't have a whole lot of stims, makes you sweat and curbs the appetite. At least, from the logs I have read that's what they have said. I am a teacher and once the school year starts I won't be able to workout until after 6pm and probably need to be sleeping by 11. So the low stim will be nice since I will already have stims in my preWO if I take one. One of the logs I read had the same PreWO as I will be using and he loved the stack! I will have a 67 mile commute to work which will suck so I need to leave for work around 6:30 at the latest and I am not a morning person. Hence the reason for trying to go to bed early.

Awesome! Thanks so much! Just so we are clear, is it ok if I don't start this until Aug 3rd or 4th when I am back from my honeymoon? Also. I am taking Fitmax currently for my PreWO is that ok as well?
