I've used it both PWO and as a boost when climbing mountains and rough terrain. It works well. On slopes where I would normally be gasping, I have a lot more "wind" which makes the job a bit easier. It's not a miracle drug, but a small edge.
Never noticed shortness of breath rather its the feeling that you have to remind yourself to breath when at rest.
I wonder if this can be used to train the body for greater stamina...but that might require one to push themselves to the limit with ittp. Then perhaps slowly decrease the dosages till you can handle it without ittp...
If usual workouts are planned though, will not the body negatively adapt on cessation of ittp supplementation?
