my vial of mgf was not

My vial of mgf I started yesterdy was not vacume sealed. Does it matter if vials of peptides are vacume sealed?

Do you mean the top was not sealed on tight? or there was no top ?

All sealed up but no vaccume presure on the inside. When I have used igf in the past when I first stick it, it fills an empty syringe with air.Tthe bottle I got from I-R. did not do that. Also how long will mgf last if mixed with just bacteriastatic water? Is mgf supposed to be mixed with aa or sodium cloride?
