my up coming cycle

e-stane 30-30-40-40
11 sterone 225 mg a day
cycle assist before during and pct
have serm on hand if needed. am 6'2" 242 lbs a little fat but good body shape
diet will be lower carbs and clean ( no junk foods, sugary foods or drinks)
use bcaa post work out and protein drinks thru the day. Gym time is 5 am for cardio then 6 pm for weight training with sat and sun off.
How does this stack look or is there anythig needed. thanks.........
 
Thats a bit early for gym time 5am,especially as your going back in at 6pm...Will you sleep inbetween? Your body needs to rest to recover,to grow.

I find between one hour solid in the gym to be enough eod,just hit it hard,eat,drink and sleep...That should set you up for some quality gains,your cycle looks good to go.With my Havoc cycle i went 30/30/40/40/60/60,it was a little too long IMO but still good.

And by the way mikey,i like your title for the thread,very similar to mine.Best of luck.
