My ultimate Recomp on Tr1umph (PH), SUP3R-11 (11-kt)

Week 5 Update:. 184.0 lbs on the money this week.

Sides- noticeably better with the support supps added in. To early to tell on anxiety though since today was pretty nice stress wise.

Strength increase slowed some, but still going up. Hit 275 for 3 reps my last set of bench. One extra rep from last week & added 10lbs more to my decline bench for 245x9 reps.
 
New PR, DB bench press 100lbs x 9reps. I wanted 10 reps but couldn't lock out that last one.

Loving the strength & recomping effects from this cycle, definitely what I hoped for. Getting plenty of compliments here lately so I guess it's showing to others.
 
Good looking deadlifts man. I really like tr1umph, really gentle for me on sides and has a really nice hardening affect. Didn't get much size or weight gain from it though.

Thanks man! I only gained a few pounds the first 2-3 weeks then it started stacking up. I'm 11lbs up right now and slightly leaner.

Thanks man, I'm going to read up on this. Making another order tonight so I may throw this in with it.

Feeling some letharagy kicking in so bumping Dermacrine up to 5 pumps to see if it helps out.

Just don't take it more than a couple days a week because it is physically addictive. Works great for anxiety though and it is also slightly stimulating.

Wed will be the last of my Tr1umph. I may have enough Sup3r-11 to finish out the week, if so I'm going to keep running it.

Really hate to see this cycle come to an end, but I can tell my joints and tendons need a small break from it.

Still running my Sup3r-11 and Dermacrine. Decided this AM I would finish it out. I will give a full review Monday and add in my workouts with gains made.

I will add that I finally got 345 for 8 full reps on squats Yesterday & hit 100lbs dumbbells for 10 reps today on flat bench which is a new PR for me. I needed this big time, I was stuck for awhile and this really just pushed me over the edge!
 
Made it through Friday before running out of Sup3r-11 using the pump. Adding that part in since some have commented it running way shy of the full 30 days, I made it 27 days.

So it's pretty obvious with the strength gains I had on this & I feel like the Recomp/lean bulk was definitely a success.
 
Wow, the before and after pictures look stellar. I can definitely see a difference! And those lifting starts are awesome as well! Looks like you had a good cycle, brother!
 
Quick update on my PCT

Current weight: 188.9 lbs

I enjoyed myself a little much for a couple days of vacation and it shows in the few lbs added. Oh well, feels good to let loose once in awhile.

Important stuff-. Weights are all holding. I haven't increased anything since coming off, but not one thing as actually decreased either. I'm sure after the first month I may lose some which is expected, but as of now I'm holding strong! Maybe it was those fudge rounds I ate over the weekend!? Lol

Sides are also way down and the only thing still lingering is a muscle cramps once in awhile but it's about nonexistent now.
 
Checking in through PCT. I felt a slight loss of strength on a few movements last week, but this week has really sucked. My diet hasn't been on par the best for a little over a week either. Things are still much higher than they were before cycle though. Like on BB bench I barely got 295lbs 1x where I generally get 2x fairly easy. Squats I only got 345 x4 where I was getting 8x.

I've also been without a break for 4 month's. So I'm going to take next week off, get my diet right, and hit a new routine. Giving my mind and body a break, going to be hard not to come in!
 
Btw, the wife has hit me up to try& have a rug rat. So this will be my last cycle for awhile. Maybe things happen pretty fast :)

All jokes a side I did decide to run my Clomid and extra two weeks (6 weeks total) at 25mg. You think I should run it longer after that on a smaller dose around 12.5mg?

The most important thing with PCT is a suicidal AI after cessation, it raises intra-testicular E2 and E2 is the most HPTA suppressive cchemical on the body. Best chance of pregnancy, SERM with a suicidal AI following cessation and a dopamine agonist to reset leydig cell sensitization.

Can you explain the relationship between dopamine and the leydig cells please?
