My Time..My Journey...

2 nd round of cardio done.
20 min sprints in the gym, bike 28 minutes varying levels/resistance.
I'm doing this due to fact that I'm working 5-6-7 hrs a day the whole wk. Next wk I'm on layoff till mid march, or so they say.LMAO!!!!

Tank, I see you're still a BEAST!!!! Nice weights my man and I'm stoked to see that your shoulder felt great! Bench Press is the exercise that hurts my shoulder the most. Usually if I be3nch, I do it last and will go lighter and do some 4X sets or something similar.

When I changed careers, something had to be put aside..sadly, that was my time in the gym. I was averaging 72.75 hrs a wk, between driving and running payloader. I knew this going into the job,but I was not a happy person at my old job. Scarifice!! I'm back, and gonna be better then ever!!

If I go through with it and get a good PTA job I may continue to get my doctorate in Physical Therapy. I could become a PT and eventually, with my masters in adminstration, I could be an administrator at a PT Clinic.

As a maintence/custodian I became pretty close friends with the staff as well as the students, that was the hardest part about leaving, but the politics on the other hand....That the final straw for me.
My hours, except during the winter months, are brutal, but I'm outside, driving in the country enjoying myself again!
I have several HS athletes under my wing yet, one is a freshman,5'9'' 170lbs and is dunking like a 6 footer...One proud coach!!

Worked most of the day....Mid day, it started to hit me, really tired, weak feeling, my daughter has the flu bug, so I suppose its my turn!

Maybe a late evening snow shoe? LOL. I love it! I need to get back to some serious cardio. I stopped when I couldn't budge 178, then I got sick and lost another 5 pounds. Back up to 177, but before being sick at 178 I had abs, now, I don't. PISSED! LOL.

Hey, are you/have you used Paragon or D-Test consistantly yet?

I was stacking it for 5 wks. This week and next week I'm off it. Just Prodigy and ThermadeX. And the ThermadeX I will be off that starting Feb 11th. My strength levels returned quickily after my lay off over the summer, I frickin stoked to say the least. If my shoulders stay healthy, I'm aiming for Sept 28th or Oct 5th for a masters show. My summer will consist of a lot of cardio! My hours shouldnt be so hellish this summer...I hope anyway!!

I will get caught up on this Wed. My wife and I made an emergency trip to my step sons house about 2 hours away today after my morning workout.
My daughter in law is pregnant, and her water broke, the baby may be 12-13 weeks early!!

Work called....I will have to run payloader next wk, no running to down to see the grand babies...:( work sounds like it will pick back up by Mid March.
My game plan when it picks up, will be to get a memebership at the gym close to where I work.
As of now, I'm staying home tomorrow, no travel so I will get my days/journal in order!
