grunt, pardon me if this is on here somewhere and i missed it, but how long do you run the igf during your 2XED cutting cycles?
and just for an update how long are you currently running the 3X weekly bulking cycles ?
is it just me or does igf really make you crave sweets. I'm pretty good at staying away from them. but man has it been tough lately. The sweets have been winning a little lately. But the good thing is the igf seems to be keeping it off of my belly..
Is it just me or does anyone else get a sense of well being while on IGF. I cant describe it but man.... I am always in a great mood and my energy level is out of this world. Its kind of addictive.
Im in sales and I just kill it when Im on IGF.
I heard from a reputable source that Grunt smells like a ham sandwich that was left out in the sun.

I'm having trouble with the quad tendon just above where attaches to me knee and am going to see a PT on Monday.
Grunt: Can IGF-1 be injected into or near that tendon for some healing help, if so, what dose??
I've been running IGF for about a month now at 40mcgs 3x's/wk. Shooting biceps, chest, lats, and shoulders, but rotating those.
Yes you can inject into a tendon for near-immediate regeneration.

Did that shot a couple minutes ago. I wanted to wait a couple days after my last shot. That one hurt too! We'll see how it's feeling in a couple days.
Did it help any?
No, but with reason. My PT thinks it's a patella tracking problem. He taped me up yesterday and showed me how to do it myself. The tape did help the pain I was having. In other words, no tendon problems. The IGF was worth a shot (no pun) though.
has anyone noticed increased hairloss with igf or is it just me lately![]()
I was reading on IGF last night, and one of the sides was a possible link to cancer, specifically prostate cancer....
Thats ties in w / hairloss, whether directly or indirectly, if IGF effects DHT and/or estrogen (I dont know)...
Still, it could be coincidence you got a "shed" while on the IGF....MPB, if you got it, is progressive....Also, goes thru phases, as in, its not progressing all the time, may stabilize for a period, then accelerate...
As for the unwanted hair... :aargh:
I know a female who reports the same thing. Weird.has anyone noticed increased hairloss with igf or is it just me lately![]()

yes starting them as soon as PCT begins is standard practice and helps make the whole ordeal much much better.First question is should I run the IGF while using other post cycle therapy gear such as clomid/hcg?
no point in waiting.or do i wait a few weeks?
Oratropin *IS* IGF-1, just delivered another way.I also see that you reccomend ORATROPIN grunt. Do you suggest I use that a few weeks and then hit the IGF??
I don't know that any type of training will be much better than another to go along with your IGF. As long as you lift hard.Next- I would like to give u my schedule for this..Im looking to cut a bit of fat and not lose much size..Lets say tone up..I know that a JS 5x5 workout is more for gaining size, but I kinda like the idea of using that regimen with the IGF because the heavy weights may increase myoplasia- am I wrong about this???
Sure, that will work wellam thinking about doing that with the IGF for 30 days..then switching to some cutting gear with a cut excercise regimen and diet..
Sure, or change up the order of your exercises and you can pin quads, or chest, or lats...Lastly, Im wondering what would be the best way to time my injections...Ill be working out M,W,F using the JS 5x5 routine as previously stated..For example- on Monday I do squats, bench, bent over rows, tris- i will then inject my tris immidiatel PWO
No, the best idea is to change up the order of the exercises so that you always finish with what you are pinning. IGF will induce a very nice lethargy, but quite counterproductive to hard workouts. On wed however- Ill be doing squats, standup military press, deadlifts, and then bis...lets say I wanna hit my delts with the IGF...Is it best to do so right after training delts- then drink a carb shake and then continue with the rest of my workout???
Change the order up, that's all I have for you.By the time my workout is over, my delts wouldnt have been worked for 30-45 minutes...and I always like to work my smallest parts last...Same would go for quads..I always work them first...do I do squats then inject and drink a carb drink and then finish workout???
I know these questions may sound a bit redundant but Im just trying to get everything straight before I begin...Any help would be appreciated...And thanx again guys for this informative post..Much appreciated!!!
Sounds great..Im just going to stay with the workout Im doing now which is a 2 on 1 off and just hit the last muscle trained as you suggest...Ill be running the IGF for as long as 1mg will last me 2 on one off and I wont inject on off days..I figure Ill start with 30ius (15 ea side) since Im prone to going hypo..Im hoping that a carb/protein shake right after injecting and a good meal 45 minutes after that will hold it off but I must say im a bit nervous..blood sugar is normal but for some reason I go hypo easy...Ill keep you updated...thanx again for all of the input.

If you are nervious then carry glucose tablets just in case. A meter is wise too.
I like to use a postworkout drink that has
Whey Protein Isolate Ion-Exch 35g
Hydrolyzed Whey Protein High Grade 15g
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) 10g
Taurine Powder 5g
Dextrose 20g
Amylocel (Waxy Maize Starch) 15g
This works splendidly even with 80mcg.
Fro Grunt or Werewolf:
I posted some questions about "myasthenia gravis" in the health section, but haven't seen any responses yet.
With the healing properties of IGF-1 and GH, would those things be of any benefit to somebody with this condition. It is a muscle wasting type condition.
I've got a female client with this. She's about 50 yrs old and starting to look for anything that might help. Her doctors just want to load her up on prednisone and be happy.
I am a physician and I don't see how IGF-1 will help your client. Myasthenia Gravis is due in most cases to an autoimmune process where antibodies attack its own acetylcholine receptors. Thus the problem is not muscle size or future growth it is a defect at the neuromuscular junction. There are other treatments in addition to the corticosteroids that she can try. Its a tough disease and I understand her desperation. I would tell her to look up in Pubmed to see who is doing clinical trials if that is something she is interested in. I think that would be much more helpful than IGF-1. I hope that helps.
