Hi Everyone,
To do what some people suggest, I am listing my stats:
Almost 30 Years Old
~17% bodyfat
5' 8.5"
Right now, I'm trying to move away from the bulkiness I've gotten from TRT, etc. and into the toned muscle. I'm focusing on short-distance shuttle runs, wind-sprints, pushups, planks, bodyweight exercises etc.
My goal is to have supplements that will make me recover more quickly.
I want something that is three things, in this order: EFFECTIVE (as very few supplements truly are), safe (especially psychologically), and legal (as I've never tried anything illegal).
I'm thinking about Ostarine. Is there any reason not to do it? Has anyone seen any negative (esp. psychological) effects you would see with anabolic steroids?
