My Stack.

So for a month now i have been taking jack3d an Animal pak. I take Jack3d before my workouts and i take one package of animal pak everyday. And so far one month has passed and i have seen results and feel good. usually working out 4-5 times a week, for about 1.5 to 2 hours.

Now i am going to also be using CE2 and Nitrix along with the other products (jack3d and Animal pak). I will be taking 9 dose of nitrix as said on the bottle 3 in the morning, 3 before lunch, then 3 before dinner. And taking CE2 2 doses a day. one in the morning and one before workouts.

I was wondering if this will help me gain mass and with the working out routines and feel a difference and help me gain muscle mass?
 
I believe Protein, Fishoil, Multi, and Creatine is the main things you need. Make sure you're taking your protein pre and post workout.

As a side comment, 1.5 to 2 hours workout sessions is a lot. Specially if you're doing it 4 to 5 times a week.
 
CE2 is creatine & beta alanine, Nitrix is arginine all of which is duplicating what you are getting in Jack3d. Stick with jack3d as it's the cheapest of the 3 and spend the CE2 & Nitrix money on whey and casein protein. Mix the whey & casein for a post workout drink and take it right after you work out.

I'm guessing your relatively new to working out. Stick to the core supplements as fadi and greekstallion indicated and get your diet worked out. You want good foods, slow cards, good quality lean foods, fish, red meat, chicken and/or turkey. Ignore the hype of the supplement manufacturers and watch out for over training.

Better to train 3 days a week for 5 years than 5 days a week for 3 weeks,
