MY STACK (was a big buy)

The delivery lady got her exercise dropping off my boxes here :-)

That being said, I have ordered my biggest stack yet (Approx 3 months worth). I've done a lot of research on this supps that I bought and pulled the trigger. I need to grow! I eat I train! but I just can't seem to grow as fast as I want! The research is done but it left me with one question. When do these supps fit best into my schedule, and since I bought some pre made stacks like (XF, XFA, and peak beta) should I utilize all the extra supps that I got with the stack... Heres what I got...

Protein:
Isopure (Chocolate)
Syntha 6 (Vanilla)
Cellucor Corfetti for the wife! hah

Micronized Creatine (1000 grams)
Orange Triad multis
D-aspartic acid (AI Sports)

X-Factor 100 caps
X-Factor Advanced 100 caps
Peak Beta 180 caps
Micronized Glycerol Monostearate

Anabeta Elite x2
Agmatine 500 mg 60 caps

My schedule goes:
600AM: wake and rollout/stretch Coffee Protein Shake
700AM: Work til 5PM
800AM: 3/4C Oats and Fats (PB)
Noon : Lunch usually chicken vegies and rice/potato
330PM: Snacking
530PM: Usually a preworkout
600PM: Gym 4x/week Wendler BBB 5-3-1 program
730PM: Post W/O shake
830PM: Dinner

I track my meals to about 3250 a day with a 40/30/30 split
Weigh 200 at 6'1"
Dead- around 450
Squat- lower 300s
Bench- a sad 250-260ish
Overhead- 175 if I had maxed

Just wanted to cover all corners. Where will my supps fit best? what am I missing or not needing?

Also Should I just combine my XF and XFA. 2 from one and 2 from the other? or go straight XF then XFA the next month. I think mix due to some joint pain already...

I would run one after the other and add in a Cissus product 4-6hrs later when using straight XF. I'm not the biggest fan of XFA as n3's fight for metabolism with n6's as limit the products potential. OG XF all the way IMO.

My tips:

Use one protein at a time
5g per day for creatine for a month then 3-5g on workout days only after that
OT has a joint support formula inbuilt so that should help alleviate joint pain

Run the rest as per bottle recommendations. See my Ara thread for a breakdown on how best to use Ara.

^^ not bad, looks like jiigzz got this covered
one exception: the two proteins I see are not interchangeable, so I would not stick to using one up then the other..
neither would be my choice for powders, but try the isolate pre/post workout, and the syntha for meal replacement/bedtime shake

Cool Cool. Ill look into a cissus product. Any recommendations/ forms that are best? with the protein I choose the syntha 6 for breakfast purposes and the whey isolate for post workouts.

SNS Cissus XT is my favorite straight cissus product. I also like Iforce's Joint Help.

When you get around to using ABE I'd probably take it 2 pre-workout and 2 with your dinner based on your schedule. Then just 2 caps with the 2 biggest meals on your off days.

I've used both SNS Cissus XT and USPLabs SuperCissus. Absolutely no complaints with either one. I usually just stock up when I find a great sale on one of them.
